Revital Aviram

A multidisciplinary professional, Ms. Aviram is a Certified Public Accountant and lawyer, with an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an LLB from The Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.

Following a successful accounting career, Revital Aviram became a Partner at Gornitzky & Co law firm in 1999, where she specialized in international and domestic taxation, commercial and corporate law, international business transactions, as well as finance and banking and securities matters.

Ms. Aviram was a founding member of the Kibbutz Settlement Headquarters for the restructuring of Kibbutz-owned businesses. The Headquarters was responsible for supervising and managing a 1.4 Billion NIS settlement on behalf of a consortium of Israelís largest banks. Ms. Aviram also served as a director and member of 13 different provident fund investment committees at the First International Bank of Israel.

Ms. Aviram has advised many institutions and government branches. She was responsible, inter alia, for coordinating the Israeli Ministry of Finance's legislative team that determined breakthrough taxation legislation for inflationary conditions. In 1996, the Ministry of Finance requested her services again concerning the establishment of salary conditions for public employees. In addition, she has been an adviser to the Bank of Israel and to the Israeli Insurance Association.

In addition to lecturing throughout her career, at Israelís top universities (Hebrew University, Tel-Aviv University, Bar Ilan University and other professional bodies), Ms. Aviram has written several basic professional textbooks and numerous articles on taxation, accountancy and economics.
